News and Announcements:
VBS Volunteers Meeting - Sunday, 6/14, at 12:00pm in the Fellowship Hall. A background check will be required for all workers with children. This year’s VBS will be on July 27th-30th, from 10am-12pm, for children entering K-5th grade (5-10 year-olds). VBS Registration forms are available in the church lobby. Online Registration is now open through July 20th. Registration may close sooner due to our limited space.
Play Lounge - We will take a summer break for the months of June through August. Play Lounge will be re-open in the autumn.
Wednesday Small Group - We will take a summer break for the months of June through August. Wednesday evening Small Group will meet up again at the Layton’s in the autumn.
BPY (Youth Group) - Summer schedule changes: June - August. Youth Group meets every 2nd and 4th Fridays, from 7pm-8pm, at Parsonage-1.
College Ministry - Thursday, 6/18 at 6:00pm. This is the Northwest Collegiate Ministries’ Night of Worship at Beverly Park Baptist Church. College students and church members are invited to join in the evening’s worship service.
Sunday Small Group (Cancelled) - Sunday, 6/21 for Father’s Day.
Women’s Bible Study - Saturday, 6/27, at 10:00am-11:00am, at Parsonage-1.
Charles Lind Memorial - Saturday, 6/27, at 1:00pm, at Turning Point Community Church.
Church Prayer Breakfast - Saturday, 7/4, at 8:00am, in the Fellowship Hall.
4th of July Parade - Saturday, 7/4, at 11:00am-1:00pm, in Downtown Burien. We will meet at the parking lot by 8:45am; grab our banners, flyers, and give-aways, and then head on out to the Parade. Or meet us there by 10:30am before the start of the parade. The parade line-up begins at 9:00am right off Ambaum & SW 153rd.
